Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) at an outpatient clinic setting within a Community Crisis Center. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care using the nursing process; triage and prioritization of care; adherence to established standing orders and protocols; administering medications and treatments; coordinating care with physicians and other health team members; educating patients and families on health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions; documentation in medical records, and participating in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Requires RN licensure, nursing degree, and BLS/ACLS; 1 year of clinic or acute hospital nursing experience; BSN preferred. Location: Grand Rapids, MI; Schedule: varies, hourly range $31.94-$48.86 depending on experience; Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required
- Current/valid Registered Nurse license from the state licensing board is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) is required
- One (1) year related experience in a clinic or acute hospital nursing setting is required
- Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred
