Registered Nurse Community Crisis Center

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an outpatient clinic setting by following established standards and protocols. Obtain patient consent, document health histories and vital signs, and administer prescribed medications while monitoring treatment progress. Educate patients and families on health maintenance and manage acute or chronic conditions through multidisciplinary team collaboration. Track quality assurance data, maintain medical records, and consult with physicians to resolve patient concerns. Perform general nursing duties including triage, therapeutic interventions, and patient education while adhering to federal and state regulations.
