Registered Nurse Community Crisis Center

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an outpatient clinic setting using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Obtain patient consent, document health histories and vital signs, and administer prescribed medications while monitoring treatment progress. Educate patients and families on health maintenance and manage acute or chronic conditions. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care outcomes and track quality assurance data. Maintain patient confidentiality and promote organizational values while performing other duties as assigned.
