Registered Nurse

Provide direct nursing care in the Med Surg department by systematically evaluating patient quality of care, developing unique care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine nursing diagnoses, identify expected outcomes, and manage physical, functional, and cultural dimensions of patient health. Collaborate with patients, families, and the inter-professional team to set goals, plan interventions, and evaluate results while advocating for culturally sensitive, ethical, and compassionate decisions. Educate patients and families on measures promoting health and comfort, and serve as a mentor to nursing colleagues and students. Perform point-of-care testing as needed and maintain constant alertness in a safe manner. Work PRN night shifts (7p–7a) with no experience required, utilizing BLS and RN licensure in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
