Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. Manage patient assessment, triage, education, and follow-up across the continuum of care while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Deliver preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment interventions for patients in all phases of their journey. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and state licensure requirements.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
