Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians on treatment plans, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage. Manage patients across the continuum of care including preventative measures, diagnosis, and follow-up while adhering to state practice acts and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain competency in age and population-specific standards within the assigned clinical setting at Chamberlain Medical Center. Requires at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience; live within 60 miles of the location. Weekly pay includes stipend with 14-week contracts; eligible for Sanford benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience
- At least six months of travel experience
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require pre-employment background screening
