Job Summary
Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients by implementing their Plan of Care and managing daily clinical activities. Supervise nursing and ancillary personnel while coordinating with General Managers and Authorization Specialists to adjust care frequency and referrals. Provide one-on-one compassionate care to veterans, workers compensation claimants, and energy workers in their homes. Maintain compliance with agency policies and ensure a safe environment for clients. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Flexible scheduling available for day shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Registered Nurse - RN in the state(s) of practice
- Valid Driver's License
- BLS Certification
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients
- Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements
