Registered Nurse - Clinical - Transplant

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, including admission, transfer, and post-operative evaluations, while documenting findings and patient education needs. Establish and evaluate individualized care plans based on physician orders, lab data, and evidence-based practice to achieve desired patient outcomes. Administer medications, manage IV fluids, and provide specialized care for high-risk patients, including pain management and restraint protocols. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate daily care, perform accurate handoff communications, and address changes in patient condition or potential abuse. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control standards, practicing proper hand hygiene, and utilizing safe patient handling techniques.
