Registered Nurse Clinical Research

Registered Nurse – Clinical Research role at AdventHealth in Orlando, FL. Delivers safe care and supports clinical research activities including phlebotomy, IV insertion, and administration of investigational drugs within policy. Serves as liaison among Principal Investigators, the IRB, and the Office of Sponsored Programs; coordinates support staff and monitors study progress; ensures informed consent is reviewed with candidates and maintains patient advocacy and safety. Requires ability to work independently in fast-paced clinical or research environments, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and 2+ years of clinical research experience with knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, CDC, DHHS). Licensure as an RN is required; BLS required, ACLS preferred; SOCRA/CCRP/CCRC and OCN credentials preferred. Education includes an Associate’s of Nursing with a Bachelor's preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Pay range noted: $65,582.40 - $108,646.85 annually. Schedule: Full-time, Day shift; location Orlando, FL. This role involves coordinating across multiple trials, maintaining protocol adherence, and ensuring high-quality results while supporting a faith-based health care mission.
