Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, including admission, transfer, and post-operative evaluations, while accurately documenting findings and patient education needs. Establish and evaluate individualized plans of care based on assessment data, physician orders, and evidence-based practices, incorporating disease-specific protocols and short- and long-term goals. Provide and document nursing interventions, administer medications, monitor IV fluids, and coordinate daily care through collaborative handoff communication reports. Address specialized care requirements for high-risk patients, including restraint management, pain assessment, and abuse recognition, while maintaining strict infection control and safety standards.

- Is aware of abuse recognition criteria and incorporates it into assessments
