Registered Nurse Clinical Manager

Manage all direct care patient services for a specific location, including developing clinical operations plans, assessing patient needs, and assigning caregivers. Oversee delivery of home health and hospice care by admitting patients, establishing therapeutic goals, and coordinating communication with physicians and team members. Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and third-party payers by monitoring documentation, finalizing audits, and leading QA/PI activities. Evaluate staff performance, handle corrective actions, and lead interviews, hiring, and training of direct care clinicians. Be the Branch Director in their absence and participate in sales, marketing, and revenue goal establishment.
