Job Summary
In this role, the Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple clinical offices with 80 staff members and up to 6 physicians daily. Key responsibilities include managing EMR compliance, providing HR support, auditing cash management and billing, managing patient scheduling and physician credentialing, and ensuring high-quality patient care delivery. Candidates must hold a current RN license, possess a BSN, and have several years of experience in medical office management.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current RN license
- BSN required
- Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a medical office setting
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience
- Must be have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with an EMR is a plus
- Strong computer skills are a must
