Job Summary
Lead patient care by delivering holistic nursing care aligned with clinical standards and organizational protocols. Initiate, implement, and monitor personalized patient care plans while serving as the central communication link between physicians, specialists, and nursing staff. Practice vigilant monitoring by accurately observing, recording, and communicating changes in patient conditions to act decisively on clinical insights. Manage and execute physician and nursing orders while coordinating all elements of the discharge plan to support successful transitions of care. This full-time night shift role at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, supports our mission of reimagining healthcare through service and connection.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted BLS Provider
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- 1 year of cumulative job specific experience
