Job Summary
Deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care aligned with clinical standards and organizational protocols while initiating, implementing, and monitoring personalized patient care plans. Serve as the central communication link for all disciplines to ensure a unified care journey, accurately observe and record patient conditions, and promptly communicate changes to act decisively on clinical insights. Manage and execute physician and nursing orders while coordinating discharge plans to support successful transitions of care. Requires Oklahoma Board of Nursing licensure, BLS certification within 30 days, and one year of cumulative job-specific experience. Full-time night shift at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted BLS certification
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- 1 year of cumulative job specific experience
