Job Summary
Lead Patient Care: Deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care that aligns with clinical standards and organizational protocols. Drive Care Planning: Initiate, implement, and monitor personalized patient care plans. Coordinate the Team: Serve as central communication link among disciplines to ensure a unified care journey. Practice Vigilant Monitoring: Observe, record, and communicate changes in patient conditions and act quickly on clinical insights. Ensure Continuity: Manage physician and nursing orders and coordinate discharge planning for successful transitions of care. This role requires RN licensure with BLS within 30 days of hire and 1 year of relevant experience; location opportunities at Tulsa, OK or Jenks, OK with in-person, on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
- Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required
