Job Summary
Lead daily clinical operations to ensure a seamless patient flow in the Mother-Baby Unit. Mentor and train incoming staff, setting a high standard for care and ensuring every team member feels supported. Serve as a hands-on technical resource, performing clinical duties alongside peers when needed. Monitor workflows and compliance to protect patient safety and unit integrity. Design and implement clinical procedures to improve care delivery in the Mother-Baby Unit.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
- 1 year of cumulative job specific acute care experience required
- Case Manager credentialed from the CCMC (preferred)
Desired Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year acute care experience on a Mother-Baby Unit (preferred)
