Job Summary
Lead daily clinical operations to ensure a seamless flow for patients and medical providers on the Mother-Baby Unit. Mentor and train incoming staff while acting as a hands-on technical resource to perform clinical duties alongside peers. Ensure clinical excellence by monitoring workflows and compliance, then shape the future of the unit by designing and implementing clinical procedures that improve care delivery. This Registered Nurse Clinical Lead role requires BLS and Maryland RN licensure, one year of cumulative experience, and minimum one year of acute care Charge RN experience on a Mother-Baby Unit. The position offers a day shift full-time schedule at Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD, with a salary range of $47.45 to $66.99 per hour and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC)
- 1 year of cumulative job specific experience
- Minimum 1 year acute care Charge RN experience on a Mother-Baby Unit
