Job Summary
Lead daily clinical operations on the Mother-Baby Unit to ensure seamless patient and provider flow. Mentor and train incoming staff while acting as a hands-on technical resource to perform clinical duties alongside peers. Monitor workflows and compliance to protect patient safety and practice integrity, then design and implement clinical procedures to improve care delivery. Requires BLS and Maryland RN licensure with at least one year of cumulative experience, including acute care Charge RN experience on a Mother-Baby Unit. Offers a full-time day shift with a salary range of $47.45 to $66.99 per hour and a $10,000 sign-on bonus at Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- 1 year of cumulative job specific experience
- Minimum 1 year acute care Charge RN experience on a Mother-Baby Unit
