Registered Nurse Clinical Lead - Infusion Center

Registered Nurse Clinical Lead in the Infusion Center provides work direction to clinical and support staff, coordinates resources to support procedures and patient flow, and delivers direct patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include supervising and orienting staff, handling HR duties related to staffing and performance, collaborating with unit leadership on staffing and budgeting, coordinating with family and other departments to optimize care, endorsing evidence-based nursing practices, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Requires RN licensure, a BSN or higher (or Associate with BSN progress), BLS, and several years of acute care nursing experience, with strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
