Job Summary
Registered Nurse Clinical Lead ICU role in Tulsa, OK, leading nursing and support staff within the Cardiovascular ICU. Responsible for coordinating unit staffing, guiding clinical objectives, supervising shifts, allocating resources, addressing patient care concerns, and contributing to talent processes including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Requires active RN licensure in Oklahoma, BLS within 30 days of hire, and at least 1 year of ICU/critical care experience; provides leadership for Emergency/Triage, Critical Care (Adult/Neonatal), or Labor & Delivery and oversees scheduling, patient care quality, and team development.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 30 days of hire date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date
- 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience required
