Job Summary
Direct and mentor nursing and support staff to foster a collaborative shift environment. Apply independent judgment to plan workflows, services, and patient care delivery. Assess daily patient needs to create balanced assignments ensuring clinical excellence and productivity standards. Resolve patient care concerns and complaints promptly through established professional channels. Ensure the team has immediate access to essential supplies and resources. Requires BLS certification within 30 days of hire, prior RN licensure, and one year of cumulative job-specific experience. Nights full-time schedule at Ascension St. Vincent's Southside Hospital in Jacksonville, FL.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted certification for BLS
- Registered Nurse licensure obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- 1 year of cumulative job specific experience
