Registered Nurse Clinical Lead ED

Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership while ensuring implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care for assigned nursing specialty areas. Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing associates during shifts; meet with staff to exercise independent judgment in planning services and patient care. Assess daily patient needs, distribute assignments, and maintain productivity standards. Respond to patient care complaints through established channels and facilitate availability of resources. Set priorities based on daily patient and physician dynamics. Provide input into hiring, training, and staff evaluation. Requires BLS certification within 30 days, Texas RN licensure, and one year of cumulative job-specific experience. Night shift full-time role at Ascension Providence in Waco, TX.
