Registered Nurse Clinical Lead ED

Lead shift operations and staff workflows across high-acuity specialty units to deliver quality clinical care. Exercise independent judgment to prioritize workflows, align physician dynamics, and adapt to changing patient needs. Distribute population-appropriate patient assignments while maintaining unit productivity metrics and managing variances. Secure essential clinical supplies, equipment, and resources to support uninterrupted shift delivery. Serve as a front-line advocate to resolve care concerns while contributing to staff hiring, education, and performance reviews. Requires two years of ED experience and leadership experience. Full-time night shift at Seton Southwest.
