Job Summary
Instruct and supervise nursing students during clinical rotations and lab practice while arranging tailored learning experiences and assessing performance against professional standards. Deliver engaging instruction in nursing methods and clinical techniques, assist fellow faculty in classroom and laboratory settings, and model exceptional bedside manner, ethics, and communication. Monitor student academic progress weekly to develop success plans for struggling learners, support program objective updates, and maintain precise attendance logs. Maintain active clinical employment to ensure instruction aligns with modern healthcare protocols. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited USDE or CHEA program
- Current, active Arizona RN license (or Compact/Multi-State privilege to practice in Arizona)
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct patient care experience as an RN
- Must currently work in an active clinical practice setting
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational platforms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience or administration in a nursing education program leading to licensure
