Job Summary
Collaborate with nurse managers and staff to assess learning needs and competencies, then develop, implement, and evaluate educational plans and programs using evidence-based practice. Identify and create teaching tools and instructional materials while maintaining training records in the Learning Management System. Apply scientific knowledge to ensure nursing care aligns with patient age-specific and clinical needs, guided by the ANA Code of Ethics and professional standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of registered nurse experience, and valid RN and BLS certifications for Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin. Includes day shift coverage with 40 weekly hours.

- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
- Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Oklahoma Board of Nursing (OBN)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
