Registered Nurse Clinical Decision Unit

Registered Nurse for Clinical Decision Unit responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assessing patients on admission and during shifts, administering medications, documenting care, educating patients and families about conditions and treatment plans, and collaborating with medical providers to ensure positive clinical outcomes. Must hold a BSN or be pursuing one with a plan to obtain it within 5 years, have RN licensure (NCBON) with possible eNLC, and BLS certification; hospital experience preferred (BSN within 5 years of hire; 10+ years exempt from certain requirements per facility guidance). Located in Gallatin, TN with on-site responsibilities; dedication to standards of practice and clear, compassionate communication required.
