Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator Telemetry

Coordinate clinical and department activities for the unit by authorizing work procedures, assigning duties, and serving as shift charge. Act as a clinical nurse and resource to staff while demonstrating strong clinical judgment and ensuring high-quality care delivery. Facilitate seamless communication between physicians and the patient care team, and provide input on coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Maintain communication with unit staff and other departments to promote cooperation, and actively serve on the unit taking patient assignments based on needs and acuity. Model ethical, legal, and professional nursing standards while promoting patient safety through the nursing process. Requires RN licensure, minimum one year of direct clinical experience, and an Associate Degree in Nursing.
