Job Summary
Coordinate and administer nursing care to patients in physician office or clinic settings, assessing physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs while facilitating patient follow-through and compliance. Utilize the nursing process to provide ongoing outpatient care, triage patient needs via phone, and administer immunizations and medications safely according to policy. Facilitate diagnostic testing and provide teaching to patients and families, managing multifaceted communication under various emotional situations. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing, current BLS/CPR certification, and RN licensure in Wisconsin or Illinois. Salary range is $28.25-$43.00/hr with shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree: Nursing
- Current BLS and/or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
- Licensure to be eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin and/or Illinois based on job location assignment
- The ability to read, write, speak, hear and comprehend the English language
