Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing, recording, and communicating patient conditions to coordinate all disciplines for well-coordinated care. Carry out physician and nursing orders and manage discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Apply evidence-based practice to deliver age-specific and clinical nursing care aligned with the department's Scope of Service, adhering to the ANA Code of Ethics and maintaining constant alertness. Round with physicians in an inpatient setting as needed and perform other duties assigned.
