Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans while serving as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated care. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions; carry out physician and nursing orders; and assess discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Apply evidence-based practice to ensure care meets age-specific and clinical departmental scope of service, guided by the ANA Code of Ethics. Maintain constant alertness and safe manner during daily rounds, which may include inpatient settings. Requires RN licensure in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin plus BLS certification. Day shift, 30 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
- Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Oklahoma Board of Nursing (OBN)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
