Provide comprehensive perioperative care including pre-op assessment, intraoperative monitoring, and post-op coordination. Prepare and maintain a safe, sterile environment, verify consents, manage documentation, and support surgeons and anesthesia staff. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help drive quality and safety initiatives within a culture focused on compassion, teamwork, and professional growth.
