Registered Nurse Circulator 0.8 FTE Flex

The Staff Nurse performs ongoing patient assessment and data collection across physiologic, psychological, and cognitive domains, formulates goal-directed plans based on nursing diagnoses and patient outcomes, and implements care to achieve expected results. Responsibilities include prioritizing patient care using available resources, responding to emergencies per protocols, applying knowledge of medical-surgical patient care, pain assessment, pharmacology and anesthetic agents, and maintaining accurate documentation. Must work as part of a healthcare team, maintain CPR certification, participate in mandatory in-services and meetings, stay adaptable to new ideas, and uphold patient rights while following physician orders. Requires ability to lift/carry and stand for extended periods, with a current RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing program; minimum of one year of staff-nurse experience.
