Job Summary
Utilizing the Nursing Process, provides and documents professional nursing care to telemetry and stroke patients according to the medical plan of care and nursing policies. Coordinates care with other professionals and communicates findings as needed. Must adhere to educational hour requirements for NIAHO standards for Primary Stroke Center. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Nurse Manager or Director.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
- ADN degree
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certified
- ACLS within 1 year
- Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year
- NIHHS Certificate within 1 year
