Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse will provide professional nursing services in the Center for Family Health, coordinating care for adults, pediatrics, and women’s health populations, including triage, case management, education, administration of medications and immunizations, EKGs, venipuncture, wound care, and documentation in EMR. The role supervises medical assistant staff, participates in case conferences, travels to ChesPenn locations as needed, and supports HIPAA-compliant confidential patient records. Strong clinical skills, experience in ambulatory/community health settings, proficiency with EMR, and excellent communication and teamwork are required. The position includes patient education, care coordination, and liaison activities with specialists and laboratories to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
