Registered Nurse: Charleroi

Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and manage treatments including IV starts, chest tube management, and wound care for home health patients. Educate and empower patients and families on self-care while monitoring conditions to identify changes. Work independently to prioritize tasks and manage your own schedule with flexibility. Requires minimum one year of recent clinical RN experience and home care experience.
