Registered Nurse Charge (RN) - ICU

Coordinate functions and activities for a single departmental function, specifically managing a clinic unit. Schedule efforts of unit RNs and act as liaison to internal and external customers, including pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, and hospital administration. Develop and implement plans and processes to meet regulatory requirements while training and mentoring staff.
