Coordinate patient throughput and hold the healthcare team accountable to clinical and service standards within the Neurosurgery Clinic. Act as a clinical resource for novice staff while assisting experienced peers in problem-solving complex patient care situations. Develop, implement, and evaluate systems that promote cost-effective, quality patient care under the direction of the Manager or Supervisor. Anticipate problems and obstacles before they arise to minimize disruption and productivity loss. Model evidence-based practice and lead by example to raise the performance level of colleagues.
