Job Summary
Provide person-centered care to meet the social, physical, recreational, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents at Chandler Hall, a non-profit Quaker facility in Newtown. Deliver skilled nursing care across Community Living, Personal Care, Home Hospice, Independent Living, Respite Care, and Skilled Nursing services. Maintain current CPR/AED certification and apply clinical judgment to support older adults at all stages of the aging process. This per-diem role requires a current Pennsylvania RN license with at least two to three years of experience, with long-term care experience strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current license with the State of Pennsylvania for Registered Nurses
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an RN
- Must maintain current CPR/AED Certification
- Strong supervisory skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Clinical skills needed for the resident population
- Judgement and decision-making skills
