Job Summary
Float between IMED, Riverton, LDS, and Alta View infusion centers to provide nursing care across infusion settings. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care using the nursing process, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, coordinates patient education and referrals, and ensures accurate documentation while adhering to licensure provisions. The role emphasizes oncology infusion experience or background, chemotherapy-related care, and professional accountability, with a Full-Time schedule of four 9-hour shifts per week and occasional weekend shifts. The position requires BSN per the latest update and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
