Monitor cardiac status, vital signs, and patient conditions for adults in the Coronary Care Unit, implementing evidence-based interventions and responding to rapid changes. Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while communicating clinical updates to physicians and supervising nursing personnel. Educate patients and families on cardiac treatments and document all observations in compliance with HIPAA standards. This full-time night shift role (7p–7a) includes a structured residency program with preceptor support for new graduates.
