Registered Nurse

Deliver direct patient care for assigned Medical-Surgical patients by performing ongoing assessments, monitoring patient conditions, and administering medications and IV therapy per orders. Communicate changes in status and diagnostic results to physicians, provide patient and family education, and guide nursing support staff. Respond quickly to patient status changes while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with safety, HIPAA, and regulatory standards. This role includes a structured residency program with hands-on training and preceptor support for new graduates, located at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME.
