Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions to adult oncology patients while performing patient assessments and monitoring treatment responses. Deliver direct care in the Oncology/Infusion Center by educating patients and families on treatment plans and ensuring adherence to safety standards and hazardous drug protocols. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate supportive care and communicate clinical changes to physicians. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
