Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical or acute care setting with a 6:1 ratio during day shifts and 7:1 to 8:1 ratio during night shifts. Work alongside a Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager, CNO, Respiratory Therapists, Dieticians, technicians, and unit clerks. Receive a dedicated on-the-job orientation plan for clinical training. Maintain a clear and unencumbered RN license in Georgia or a compact state, hold BLS certification, and possess at least one year of relevant experience. Demonstrate resilience, empathy, and strong teamwork skills to focus on optimal health outcomes for each patient.
