Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will oversee the health and well-being of residents, implement care plans, and provide expert nursing care. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, developing individualized care plans, monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and performing advanced medical treatments. You will supervise nursing staff, collaborate with healthcare professionals, maintain accurate medical records, and respond to emergencies. Candidates should possess an active RN license, an associate's degree in nursing, CPR certification, and previous nursing experience, ideally in long-term or geriatric care.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa
- Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program
- CPR and First Aid certification
