Job Summary
Implement and adjust care plans while monitoring patient status in the PCU and CCU float pool. Translate physician and nursing orders into action, documenting outcomes for the medical team. Serve as the primary liaison between disciplines to prevent treatment silos and coordinate necessary healthcare resources for evolving patient needs. This PRN role involves 12-hour night shifts at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN. Requires RN licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing, ALS certification prior to hire, and BLS within 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
