Job Summary
Provide and coordinate competent, evidence-based care as part of the Medical Surgical team. Contribute to decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care, achieve outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency. Exercise critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment. This position does not require working the 4th shift per month. Maintain an NYS RN license and BLS certification, with a BSN preferred.
