Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. The role supports the Cath Lab procedure team as circulator, scrub, or monitor, ensuring the patient is correctly prepped and information such as history and physical is available. Delivers care to adult patients in the Cath Lab, using clinical judgment to assess and respond to patient conditions, administers medications, and communicates findings to physicians. Responsibilities include educating patients and families about tests and treatments, assisting with perioperative care, and performing duties to ensure safety and efficiency. Requires RN licensure with multi-state options and current BLS, plus ALS or PALS credentials in accordance with state requirements. The position is day shift, 40 hours per week, across multiple states (IL, MO, OK, WI) with on-site, in-person work expectations in each location.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- Active RN licensure in IL/MO/OK/WI or compact-state licensure as applicable
- Basic Life Support (BLS) HealthCare Provider - American Heart Association
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association
- Ability to meet multi-state licensure requirements per state where assigned
- Ability to work in Cath Lab environment (circulator/scrub/monitor) and hold appropriate certifications as required by state of employment
