Registered Nurse - Catheterization Laboratory Charge Nurse

Job Summary
Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts in the catheterization laboratory. Assess daily patient care needs to distribute assignments ensuring population-appropriate care, while collaborating with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes. Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care, identify issues affecting desired outcomes, and respond to complaints through established channels. Contribute to or perform performance evaluations of staff and provide input for hiring, training, and development. Maintain a constant state of alertness and safe manner while performing other duties as assigned. Monday through Friday shifts with weekend call rotation included.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- One year of registered nurse experience
