Job Summary
Assess patients, obtain medical histories, and prepare for cardiac catheterization procedures. Assist cardiologists during angioplasties, stent placements, and electrophysiological studies while monitoring for complications like arrhythmias or bleeding. Operate complex medical equipment, document all patient care aspects, and provide post-procedure instructions before discharge. Maintain current BCLS and ACLS certifications with one year of cardiovascular or critical care experience. Required Qualifications
- Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License
- Current BCLS (AHA), ACLS certificate
