Job Summary
Registered Nurse in the Ascension Cath Lab Travel program providing circulating, monitoring (hemodynamics/sedation), and scrubbing across diagnostic, stent, and EP cases. Direct, calm coordination with physicians during emergencies and empathetic support for anxious patients. Adheres to safety protocols and ALARA radiation minimization. Expert management of high-acuity PCI and life-support devices, including Impella and IABP. Requires RN licensure and BLS within 1 month of hire; Advanced Life Support preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
